• version: 006 - performance optimisaion, simpler installation
• version: 005 - clarified some of the requests for quotation email wording.  
• version: 004 - to avoid some text clipping issues where the calculator is displayed in only a portion of the available screen width,  set cable and cable type to expand to full width at screen sizes less than large.  Set primary, secondary installation to always show in a full-width layout.
